Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the number of items purchased. The correct shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page.

All products in our store display an expected shipping date . The shipping date indicates the expected time  for completing the order and receiving the package from the courier. This variable timeframe takes into account the immediate and upcoming availability of the products and the number of orders being processed. For orders paid by bank transfer , the timeframe is extended by the number of days required for the funds to be credited. Our partner courier is DHL, which will send tracking information  via email . You can track  DHL shipments here . Please note that the courier will always deliver to street level . Immediate and upcoming product availability is updated daily once the order cycle is complete. If the products ordered are unavailable by the expected timeframe, we will issue an immediate refund .

Tecno Assist’s return policy allows you to reconsider your purchase and return the purchased item. No reason is required for a return request. Returns of products purchased via bank transfer for tax relief are not permitted . The maximum return period is  14(fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery. The purchased product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. Items purchased as new must be returned intact unused and undamaged . Products and/or product packages (Kits) whose warranty seal has been tampered with may only be returned for proven faults. Products sealed with a manufacturer’s label that prevents free inspection may only be returned for proven faults. Subject to the express conditions, you will be entitled to a refund of the price paid ( excluding shipping costs, if incurred). In the event of a full refund for an order, the  collection fee paid by Tecno Assist to the financial intermediary  will be retained  .

Customers who discover that a purchased product is not working must return it to our office. Our office is located in Rovigo, Via Vittorio Veneto 82 (45100). Once the product has been received and verified to be non-compliant, we will send the customer a new replacement.
